Our Terms and Policies:
First you need to know that on top of our already heavily discounted prices we also will give you a 20% credit FREE on all of your purchases towards a future purchase from our lists online, from our store, by telephone, by wantlist, or from one of our shows across the USA. For example if your order totals $100 you will get $20 future credit. You'll pay the $100 now but on your next order the first $20 will be FREE. You can also save up your credits. We have one man saving his credits for a set of US Zeppelins. Many of our customers use the credits to buy mounts or other stamp supplies since we are a full service store. (We like to call it "Buy Stamps and get the Mounts for FREE!) You MUST spend at least $20 to qualify for the 20% credit. All orders under $20 will not get the credit, however, once you are a regular customer we'll probably give you the credit on all your purchases anyways.
We have given you the most recent Scott Catalog Price in our listings as well as our selling price. Just remember if you see the price is $10 you're going to get $2 of FREE stuff of your choice on your NEXT order. We keep track of all the credits here and send you statements showing your ongoing credit total. These credits are basically just like cash and they don't expire (unless you do!)
Second, ALL SHIPPING ON STAMPS IS FREE as long as you order at least $20. (We will gladly accept orders under $20 but ask that you enclose $1.00 for shipping on these orders.)
Third, Supplies will be shipped at ACTUAL COST only. (No silly "handling charges" or "10% of order" shipping fees) We will BEAT any advertised supply price anywhere in the USA and we will only charge you actual shipping charges. Most supply dealers try to make money off the shipping as well. We will beat all AMOS prices, Subway, Gopher, Brooklyn Gallery, yes, anyone. Just find the best price you can and then call (866) STAMP-99 or email michael@azstampcoin.com us and let us know so we can charge you less on all your discount supplies. We special order ALL SUPPLIES from ALL SUPPLY DEALERS if we don't have it in stock.
HOW TO ORDER STAMPS:

You can also send us your wantlist in the mail or send us a fax to (480) 947-4217.
Just list the Scott Number(s) and the Condition from our lists. Be sure to tell us if you want MNH, H or U since many of our stamps are offered in all three conditions. All of our stamps will be F-VF or better unless indicated. Older stamps may be less than F-VF but would be priced accordingly. You can send a check with your order. If any items are out of stock you can get a full refund or we can pick from your alternate choices. If you live in Arizona you must add 7.95% sales tax. We accept all major credit cards, money orders, personal checks, cash sent at your own risk, or grudgingly Paypal if you have to. To order using your credit card you can call our store and leave a message with your credit card number, expiration date, and ZIP CODE where your credit card is billed. (Usually your home zip code). We DO NOT need the code on the back of the card. Michael is the only one who gets the phone messages so your credit card information will be secure. You could also fax over your credit card information. Lastly you could send us two separate emails each with half of this information. We are working on a secure server for credit card ordering but don't have it ready yet. We'd always prefer your personal check since credit card companies charge us almost 3% in fees.
We would appreciate alternate choices and remind you to send your wantlists for items not on our website. You could send us a large wantlist and just say stop at $100 or something like that.
We will do our best to serve you in the way you prefer to be served. We pride ourselves on 110% over the top service and satisfaction. If you are ever unsatisfied with any stamps you receive from us for ANY reason you may return them for a full refund. Even if you just changed your mind or accidentally ordered a duplicate. No problem! Please just try to make your returns within 30 days or so. We're flexible.
If you are ordering from overseas please email first for details. There are some countries we will just not deal with due to rampant fraud. It's not worth the risk. Overseas orders must pay actual shipping costs. Canadian customers will usually still get free shipping on stamps with no other restrictions.
